The primary objective this USG and Infertility Workshop organized by the Gynecology Department is to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals, particularly gynecologists, sonographers, and fertility specialists, in the application of ultrasound imaging techniques for the diagnosis and management of infertility issues in both men and women. 

• Advanced Imaging Techniques: Provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of advanced ultrasound imaging techniques relevant to infertility investigations, including transvaginal and transabdominal approaches.

• Diagnostic Proficiency: Develop the proficiency of participants in accurately interpreting ultrasound findings related to reproductive anatomy, ovarian function, uterine abnormalities, and other factors contributing to infertility.

• Male and Female Infertility Assessment: Equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct thorough ultrasound assessments for both male and female patients, addressing the multifaceted aspects of infertility.

• Treatment Planning: Discuss and explore the role of ultrasound in formulating effective treatment plans for infertility, including assisted reproductive technologies (ART), ovulation induction, and other therapeutic interventions.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among different healthcare specialties involved in infertility management, such as gynecologists, andrologists, endocrinologists, and embryologists.

• Hands-On Training: Facilitate hands-on training sessions to allow participants to practice and refine their ultrasound skills under the guidance of experienced instructors, promoting a practical understanding of the workshop content.
